I think there are many people like me who want to have a lean figure, but honestly, with those high-intensity exercises, require a lot of strength, energy and time, it is very difficult for me as a beginner and easy to give up. Since the first time I started with ATNT, I was quite surprised. I didn't expect it to be so easy-going and still have impact. It is of light to moderate intensity, and is like a massage of my deeper muscles. Each session of 15 minutes tailor-made functional exercises, while meticulously guided by my Personal Trainer, I can achieve the best results that I wanted.
